Galatians 3:13
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree!"
What incredible love the God had for us! Our Heavenly Father sent his ONLY Son down on this earth to walk with us but then to make the ultimate sacrifice for us. He put all of our SINS onto his Son. God told Jesus that he would take everyone's sins from us. Just take them like he was the one to commit them. Can you really imagine Jesus lying? Jesus denying his faith? Committing Adultery? Not honoring his Parents? I can't.
But God said to Jesus was - you will be the one who has committed all of these sins, you will pay for those sins and make them right. He took all the sins upon himself so then He must die on the cross.
Thank you Jesus for taking all my sins and dying for me. Your love amazes me.
